Data Retention and Deletion

Account information: retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion.

Breathing session history, mood entries, preferences, and in-app activity: retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion.

Subscription and payment records: retained only as necessary for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Analytics and diagnostic data: retained for as long as needed to understand app performance, improve the product, and maintain security, unless it is deleted or anonymized earlier.

Backups: residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and are deleted according to our backup retention cycle.

Users may request account deletion inside the app or by contacting us. After deletion, Pausa no longer uses the deleted account's personal data to provide the service.

Your choice

You have the right to review, correct, or delete any personal information we have collected. You can do so by contacting us through the channels provided in the application.
